The Arena Lacrosse League East Power Rankings - Week 7.
1. Whitby Steelhawks (5-0)

2. Peterborough Timbermen (4-1)
Did not play
3. Paris RiverWolves (3-3)
Another impressive performance from this squad, beating a strong Six Nations team in convincing fashion. As the weeks go on, this team is getting stronger in all aspects of their game.
4. Brampton Express (3-3)
After a few heartbreaking overtime defeats, the Express came out with an exclamation point this week defeating Ohsweken 23-12. A total team effort, which saw eight different scorers lead the Express to victory. Devlin Shanahan was a rock in net for Brampton as well.
5. Toronto Monarchs (3-3)
A short bench hurt this team this week against an upstart Oshawa Outlaws team. The defense gave up 64 shots in this game. While Sam Haines and Carter Stephens played well in net, it was an uphill battle this week.
6. Six Nations Snipers (3-3)
The Snipers ran into a hot goalie in Chase Cosgrove. Penalty trouble hurt Six Nations this week as well. If the Snipers are going to make a run this year, they must stay disciplined.
7. Oshawa Outlaws (2-4)
This was the most complete performance that the Outlaws have put together this year. If they can keep this up, we will be talking a lot about this team heading towards the playoffs.
8. Ohsweken Bears (0-6)
Another tough week. Positives to take from this performance was the "Don't Quit" attitude, fighting even harder as the game went on. While there still is a long way to go, the Bears are on the right track to getting that elusive first victory.
