ALL East Names Their 2024 ALL Rookie Teams

The Arena Lacrosse League East Division are proud to announce the ALL East Rookie teams for the 2024 season.

ALL East Cup Champions Whitby Steelhawks had a bumper crop of rookie contribute during their 2024 championship run including Robert Morgan, who was selected to the 1st team Defense along with Collin Matthews of the Brampton Express. Morgan joined the the Steelhawks halfway through the season and meshed nicely with a defensive group that included 8 defensive players with National Lacrosse League (NLL) experience.  Also making the 1st team was goalie Connor O'Toole of the Paris RiverWolves and his teammate Luke Robinson who took one of the two offense position along with Oshawa Outlaws Gareth Haigh. Peterborough Timbermen's standout transition specialist Jacob Gasparetti was named in the transition spot. Gasparetti had 27 goals with 25 of them coming in transition, an ALL East record.

Whitby's bumper crop of rookies continued on the 2nd team with Colton Lidstone and Nik Farrus taking the offense spots. Gasparetti's teammate Nik Bafia had a solid defensive year becoming one of the shut down defenders of the Timbermen's back end and was name to the 2nd team defense along with Dan Kritausky of the Ohsweken Bears. Owen Rahn of the Toronto Monarchs was named transition player with Brampton Express  Cole Gervais is the 2nd team goalie.
